Energy provider names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes to help customers identify their utility company.
2. Service Description
MyEnergyProvider.com provides a phone-based bill payment assistance service that enables customers to pay their energy bills through our call center. Our representatives process payments on your behalf and submit them to your energy provider.
3. Service Fees
A convenience fee may be charged for using our bill payment service. Our representatives will inform you of any applicable fees before processing your payment. By proceeding with the payment, you agree to pay any applicable service fees in addition to your utility bill amount.
4. Payment Processing

- You authorize us to charge your provided payment method for the bill amount plus any applicable fees
- Payments typically reflect on your energy provider account within 1-2 business days
- A confirmation number will be provided upon successful payment

- Use valid payment methods that you are authorized to use

7. Refunds and Disputes
